3. Mandatory data
Your name, email and a description of the project are needed to answer you. The other fields are optional: providing them simply helps us prepare a more precise answer.
4. Retention periods
- Requests that do not lead to a contract: at most 3 years after our last exchange.

5. Recipients and processors
Your data is intended only for the Euroinside staff handling your request. It is never sold, rented or transferred. We use the following processors, bound by a contract under Article 28 GDPR:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting (server functions run in the European Union).
- Resend: delivery of the emails generated by the form to contact@euroinside.com.
- Our email provider: [provider of the contact@euroinside.com mailbox to be completed].
Where applicable, our accountant and insurers receive only the data strictly necessary for their work.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Vercel and Resend are established in the United States. Where data is transferred to them, the transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified companies and, failing that, on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Article 46 GDPR). You can request a copy of these safeguards by writing to us.
7. Cookies and trackers
This website sets no cookies, uses neither browser local storage nor any analytics, advertising or social media tool, and loads no third-party scripts: fonts are hosted on our own domain. No information is therefore read from or stored on your device within the meaning of Article 10/2 of the law of 30 July 2018, and no consent banner is needed. If this changes, we will ask for your prior consent and update this policy.
8. Security
Communication with the website is encrypted (HTTPS with HSTS). The form is protected against automated submissions by a signed token, a honeypot field and a limit on the number of submissions. The website itself stores no data: your message is sent directly by email to contact@euroinside.com. Access to that mailbox is restricted to authorised staff.
9. Your rights
You may at any time exercise the following rights over your data:
- right of access (Article 15) and rectification (Article 16);
- right to erasure (Article 17) and to restriction of processing (Article 18);
- right to data portability (Article 20);
- right to object, in particular to processing based on our legitimate interest (Article 21).
To exercise them, write to contact@euroinside.com. We reply within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests, and may ask you to prove your identity in case of reasonable doubt.
10. Complaints
If you believe your data is not being processed properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be, www.dataprotectionauthority.be. We encourage you to contact us first: most questions are resolved quickly.
11. Minors
This website is intended for adults planning works. We do not knowingly collect data relating to children under 13.
12. Changes
This policy may change, in particular when we add a service or regulations change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
