We favour systems that run locally: switches, scenes and schedules keep working without a connection. Only remote access depends on the internet.
Can home automation be added without rewiring?
Yes. Wireless solutions fit behind existing switches or in the distribution board, with no chasing. This is the most common approach in renovations.
Which protocol: Zigbee, Z-Wave or Matter?
It depends on the devices you already own and those you plan to add. We recommend a protocol after the visit, prioritising interoperability so you are not locked into one brand.
