FAQ
FAQ: apartment buildings & landlords
Who works on the risers?
The connection up to the meters is the responsibility of the distribution system operator (ORES, RESA, Sibelga or Fluvius depending on the Region). Installations after the meters belong to the co-ownership: we renew them and coordinate with the operator.
Can your quotes be presented at the general meeting?
Yes. They itemise every line, offer options and can come with an explanatory note for the co-owners.
Can common-area lighting costs be reduced?
Switching to LED with presence detection sharply reduces consumption and replacement frequency. We estimate the expected savings in the quote.
